Before ordering photographs acquaint yourself with the terms of operation of the foto[O₂] shop
How to buy a photograph
Use the catalogue or photographers' websites to choose the photograph you like.  Besides, you can use search engine of the foto [O₂] website.
1. Under the photograph you choose there is the "make your order" link. Click it.
2. You will be offered to choose the size of the photograph, the color of the passe-partout and the frame. After you choose all these details you will get to the "Process order" section. Please make sure you have chosen everything correctly. Then fill in the form of the order (your name, email, telephone number, delivery address and other requirements). For your own convenience we ask you to fill in the form accurately and in detail.  After you finished please click "Process order" button.
3. On receipt of your order the confirmation is sent to your email automatically.  We will contact you as soon as possible.
4. а)We obtain more specific information on your address and provide you the cost calculation. Then you pay 100% of the sum in advance on our settlement account. If your order includes decorative design, we prepare the samples of the frame and passe-partout. When the photograph is ready we formalize your order and send the photograph to you by post.

Then you pay 100% of the sum in advance either on our settlement account or to our courier, or in our office. If your order includes decorative design, we prepare the samples of the frame and passe-partout and bring them to you home of office for you to choose any of them. When the photograph is ready we formalize your order and send the photograph to you with our courier.
 
5. We cooperate with DHL mail.

Decorative design of photographs

You can find some variants of  the decorative design of photographs on our website. All the frames and passe-partouts correspond to the names and codes sent to you enclosed with the letter of confirmation. The formalization of your order is conducted exclusively according to the variants and details you have chosen on the website (with the exception of custom designs).
All the readymade photographs are numbered. Number of copies of every photograph printed amounts ten. Every photo is printed in  a limited edition - 10 copies.
